I can't go beyond version 7.9 in Docker - In 7.9 I cant generate Ifra Certificates, export to pdf or add suppliers

Describe the bug In version 7.9 nothing happens when I click on generate IFRA certificate. In the same dropdown nothing happens when I click on export to PDF. When I try to add a supplier it says I have not written the suppliers name even though I have. Its really important that I can generate an IFRA certificate, and docker doesn't let me go beyond 7.9 To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: selected formula from finished formulas, clicked on generate, went to the drop down and clicked on IFRA certificate. Nothing happens. All my formulas are in the green and I have uploaded IFRA 51.
