Can´t create ingredients after latest 10.9 upgrade

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...' inventory
2. Click on '....' ingredients
3. Scroll down to '....' actions, cretae new ingredient, its not saving
4. See error
