Describe the issue

FORM SIGN UP

• The label does not have the "for" and the input does not have the "id"
• "Proceed" button does not have the type "submit"
• The "success" after registration must have a "role alert"
• The "congratulations" after registration must have a "role alert"

HEADER

• The alternate text of the Logo is "Project Logo" instead of the project title

GENERAL

• The "warning" shown at the top must have a "role alert"

FORM

• "for" in labels and "id" of fields are not the same, unify the "for" with the "id" of the respective field.
• "Checkbox" and "radio" groups should be placed within
  with respective

  as description.
• Audio recording: The button has no "aria-label" describing its usefulness

Hi here there are some notes about an accessiblity check on GL version 5.0.3:

• All input <label> and respective <input>, <select> fields - ‘label’ and ‘id’ do not match on most fields. Audio input is ok.

• In the ‘radio’ and ‘checkbox’ header groups, the <fieldset> and <legend> tags must be used, as shown here (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/fieldset)

• Fix the syntax of the ‘stepper’ as it is not accessible: (https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/components/navs-tabs/#javascript-behavior)
