Adding Tor address to a predefined field #3972

Proposal

Would it be possible to add a the Tor link to a field in the footer of the page - like Whistleblowing policy etc?

Motivation and context

The current privacy panel isn't particular 'pretty', so instead it should be possible to add the Tor address to a field in the footer section (default populated field?). If the field is empty, the link is not set.

This is a way to display the address more aesthetically

Adding the address to the footer to make it more prettier, requires anyhow to study how to make it prettier and communicate it to the user; the feature will need in addition to have a configurator enabler complicating the software.

Maybe as alternative we could work directly on improving the top banner? What would you suggest to change in this case?

P.s.: Tor should be written like this; please pass it on
