Not getting email with account password instructions

Hi!

I've now been waiting for about 30 min to receive the "password reset" email from GlobaLeaks - Is there any issues with your mailserver?

Hello @schris-dk , actually the server is fully functional.

We just moved moved it on a new server with the same exact configuration. The only part that is different is the IP address of the server.

Maybe your system have some firewall rules that could be preventing to contact the new ip address?

HI!

Had this exception:

Version: 4.5.8

RuntimeError Unspecified run-time error.

RuntimeError: Producer was not unregistered for b'/css/styles.min.css'

I’ve just tested the support function – this sends me an email as well.

Tried to request a new reset mail – still no mail (but no exception as well)

Please ask to check the file /var/globaleaks/log/globaleaks.log to see if it contains details about any failure.

@schris-dk , i suspect that you may be using a multitenant system and now trying to reset a user password.

When you as admin ask for support the systems uses for you the SMTP configuration of the tenant 1 that is probably correct; here instead i see that the configuration uses a wrong port (581) the port should be 587.

Try to fix the tenant configuration and retry.
