I have updated the IC8 code to:

clean checks (removing hard coding, reading in from parameter.tomls where possible, etc)
updated the disease_checks.py and disaese_filehandler.py scripts so that they read in all the needed data, ie expanded to read in PF and partner data

These changes are aimed at allowing Richard to run the checks in my abscence.

@tbhallett, I have re-run IC7 and here are the 'key stats' that can be used for comparison. IC7_finalstats_forcheck_25Jul2024.csv
