Issue with GitHub download limits #233

Fro the past few weeks, we have been getting failed workflow runs across packages due to GitHub limits...

I am not sure what the issue is, but we should fix it. Some of the issues relate to building the websites or rendering the readme.

One possible solutions is to add 'git hooks' or for the read me rendering and the website building, or adding these as reminders in the PR templates.

This has been fixed across packages with new workflow updates!
