Create a vignette for working with texts #86

Some of the new functions, such as code memberships and termination as well as standardise texts, would benefit from a vignette. This can also be one way to address how to write and use code_* functions for coding rules/institutional design in agreements using the toolkit in manypkgs and things to watch out for (eg. line-matching) that was discussed in the annual review.

I added a first draft of the vignette in manypkgs, it still needs work though...

Putting this on hold since we're transiting from the GNEVAR datasets to HUGGO and AIGGO and changing our approach to analysis of the treaty texts
