Bump node version to 18 #66

Updating next in https://github.com/globalprivacycontrol/landing-page/pull/64 caused an issue with our build and deploy action. Updating node to 18.12.1 should resolve this issue (at least according to https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/57385)
