Bugfix: 2nd partition of USB hard drive isn't detected.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have 2 partitions.  The first is WBFS.  The second is Fat32.
2. My roms are in a folder named Roms/N64 on the 2nd partition (fat32)
3. Click on the USB load option for roms

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect it to show the my USB drive or the rom directory, and allow
me to select a rom.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
The homebrew browser latest version, which I believe is beta 1.  Loading
from homebrew channel.

Please provide any additional information below.

the USB drive (2nd partition, w/ fat32) works for FCEUGX, SNES9X, and the
homebrew channel.  The 1st partition works for various wbfs usb loaders.

next version should take care of this as it'll be built with a newer libfat.
