What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the ROM and play it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After the intro song, the title screen should load. Instead, it just goes
black.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Latest version, using HBC.

Please provide any additional information below.
