Error loading ROM (finally fix this please!)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loading ROM from SD/USB
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Show ROM List, instead Error Message couldn't open directory
"sd:/wii64/roms", although the directory exists

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
newest, older aren't working, too. Tried different SD-cards, different
HBC-Channel-Versions, even tried with completely different Wii-Systems.
Everytime it says "directory not found".

Please provide any additional information below.
Most people i know get this error. How can this be? Fix it please!!!
Loading from USB-Stick doesn't work, too. Same error.

This sounds like user error.

Your wii64/roms/ folders need to be placed in the root of the SD card, not 
under apps/

You can just extract the zipped archive into the root of your SD card because it
already contains the needed file structure.
