USB 2.0 Loading with IOS58 #126

Enhancement:
Since System Menu 4.3 IOS58 is integrated in the System. So Homebrew can use
USB 2.0 support without a cIOS and per IOS58.
Are u going to add the possibility (for Wii64 and WiiSX) to load the games per
USB 2.0 (and IOS58)?

What version of CubeSX or WiiSX are you using? On what console?
WiiSX 2.1 Beta

Which core type is being used, Dynamic Recompiler or Interpreter?
DynaRec

Please provide any additional information below.
This would solve some issues concerning loading times.

Matguitarist made 2 different USB2 mods.
One using cIOS202, and one using IOS58. I could test both of them, and IOS58 is
slower than 202. Mainly visible in lagging videos.

Even if IOS58 will improve the speed of WiiSX, some games will still be
suffering from it, but that would be great nevertheless, better than the
current the speed :)

I saw there's a way to double the reading speed with a modified libOGC
(removing usb1.1).
I don't know which libOGC version was used for the usb2mod I tested. If it's
the original one, then the modified libOGC+IOS58 speed will be enough :)

Since IOS58 is now part of 4.3 (and Hackmii 0.8 is out, which allows one to
install 4.3 without any problems) I don't see any reason for the Wii64/WiiSX
team not to implement faster reading speeds (USB 2.0).

well I've been using an unofficial version of wiisx with ios58 support and it
definitely runs well. it's not as fast as using my SDHC card, but so far the
only game that seems to be affected by it is Ridge Racer 4, everything else
seems to still hit top speeds.
