disable that create account link #1

let's go ahead and do this now until we come up with a more concrete account strategy

@connieimdialog I think this is not displayed anywhere. Unless someone knows the direct link, no one can create an account.

Should be available on staging in few minutes @shrutimehta13 . If you need configured password to access the signup route, please ping me on slack.

The url to access signup page is /users/register

No Signup option in UI url/users/register prompts restricted area. note- tested on stage, new signup works after entering restricted page with credentials

@connieimdialog - this is fixed on staging. With approval we can push to prod (right @sapraaman ?)
