Conbtribution guide is added #100

Contribution guide for OMW, I wasn't asked to create a marketing team but, I feel that we should have one. I am willing to reply to whoever is interested in joining the marketing team (that's why I have given my mail in the link) and maintaining a separate mailing list for it. If there is no need for a marketing team, I can remove it from the documentation. But I feel that having a structure of the marketing team is better than having no team.

I will be glad to make enhancements on this page. In the next PR, I will solve the #99 issue and make necessary enhancements on the search page.

G'day,

In general this looks good, although I think for the contributions maybe lead with the OMW and Wordnet sections and have the basic info down below (for those who need it). I think github has special handling for a CONTRIBUTING page in the top level, so maybe add one with a very brief introduction and a link to this page?

I think that is a great idea. But I think the biggest bottleneck is the few remaining bugs in the OMW code -- until I can push these fixes out, we should not be marketing too much. Once they are done, and we can get some more wordnets in, I would love to get the word out. Thanks for volunteering to head the marketing team.

Hi, Thanks for reviewing the guide. I have my mid-semester tests from 12th to 17th of October (I was earlier thinking they will be in the latter half of the month, so a bit unprepared for it.) I will cover up for the 5th week in the 6th and the 7th week.

Hi, I have done the suggested enhancements in the contribute.html, and I have added the CONTRIBUTING page. I will be glad to make further enhancements to the contribute.html and the CONTRIBUTING.md file.
