Align quoting to `quoted' scheme (less than 100 cases) Fix erroneous definition/example separation Fix examples that are actually part of definition (usage) Fix emdash-surrounding spaces Quote punctuation when defined Fix erratic punctuation (unclosed parenthesis, odd square brackets) Quote where necessary (reference to expression). Remove ZWSP (Zero-Width Space)

I've added the sense 'exemplifies' relation. Can't we keep the existing usage notes in the definitions... until they are pulled out to a distinct field? Some do not match a clear-cut relation.
