Proposal for new Member tag in synset #18

Add a new tag for the members of a synset

I don't think that is a constraint that is implementable in the DTD. Maybe it is possible in XSD?

The ranking is optional and the semantics are defined by the wordnet project, other than giving a basic preference to members that occur earlier in the synset.

Not sure what extra documentation I should add. There is certainly room for more documentation here, but the delta to the current documentation is provided in the changes.
