When someone goes to a different city, they might want the widget to update
and follow them automatically.

We should add this as an option somehow.

taken into account in my modded version 102 (choice added for auto-refreshed 
location
in configuration pannel).

This version is available in download page.

Can you merge this function Jeffrey ?
