Especially the fifth rule (ISSN + Journal) works best for journal article records (but other publication types can pass this rule successfully IFF both records have data for this rule).
Databases which use less fields than the typical biomedical databases (WorldCat, Lens (?), ...) will have poor deduplication results. This part has not been explained very well yet.
