3 months ago Gould job on the shimmer effect. Now, can we make it dynamic? So if there are 3 comments, 3 shimmers show. If there are 10 comments, 10 shimmers. If there are 0 comments, then it goes straight to the "no comments screen."

2 months ago @sana7044 Reopened this ticket for you to continue working on additional changes. You can create a separate branch for that. Please also address in this ticket, the issue mentioned in #490
Description When you navigate to the comments page of any prompt or entry, you see a "no comments yet" message. However, this message is misleading if there are comments just not yet loaded.
A good example: https://celebrityfanalyzer.com/heath-ledger-were-you-acting-
Acceptance Criteria 1) If there are comments, then skeleton "loading" comments should be displayed to let the user know that the requests to populate are in progress.
