Invites part III: allow to delete invitations #146

Users can delete all open and/or all accepted invitations.

@daria-sl, @EstMed: do we have sample screens for this functionality? I'm not sure about button placement, color, caption, etc. not sure if the ones linked in #95 are still up to date but they do not contain the deletion functionality.

@pgoellnitz: in the designs #95 is a small x in the right upper corner of the invitations. My suggestion is to use this as a delete button with a confirmation needed by the user. What do you think?

I believe we changed the approach from the (x) in the corner to delete either all accepted or open invites. (see ticket description)

I would suggest to park this one until the design adaptations in #147 are done and then revisit the approach.
