No numbers buttons on loading saved games #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Solve a game. You will see the puzzle grid and a "new game" button, but not 
the numbers buttons.
2. Load a saved game.
3. The saved game will be loaded to the puzzle grid, but the numbers buttons 
will not appear, the "new game" button will still be there.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The numbers buttons (with the normal/maybe switch, clear and undo buttons) 
should take the place of the "new game" button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mathdoku v 1.96.2
Kindle Fire - Android 4.2.2 - Cyanogenmod 10.1

Please provide any additional information below.
This only happens when there is the "new game" button. If you are playing one 
game (and the numbers buttons are on the screen) and load another one, the 
numbers buttons will be reloaded correctly.

I have seen this problem myself as well. As far as I remember the digit buttons 
will be shown when you tap (or maybe when you double tap) a cell. In the 
current development version 2 of MathDoku this problem does not occur any more.
