Choose maximum cage size #70

Offer an option to a user to set the maximum cage size. The cage size has a big 
impact on the difficulty of a game. But it has to fit in the new design.

A beta feature to allow cages of size 5 and 6 has been introduced in 
revision135.

Tested in Revision 163: Option "Allow big cages (beta)" is available and 
functions as described ("Generate puzzle having cages consisting of 5 or 6 
cells").
