Revise change information #81

Currently changes (changeview.xml) are described within the app. I propose to 
refer to the website only. This referral to the site should however be a 
translatable string.

I'm not sure that it is reasonable to expect an average user to be able to make 
sense of the information on the issues page. And a fair amount of the issues 
are intermediate fixes i.e. a fix to a new enhancement, not to the previous 
released version of the application.

Therefore, to help the user make sense of it, we should still probably have a 
list with bullet points of the main enhancements + "bug fixes". Similar to what 
we need to have in the "What's New" section on Google Play.
