Terminal shuts down after 3 key presses or hit return

It shuts down and sends you to springboard

this is the login sequence when i start terminal:

I suspect this is a problem with your shell (the bash compiled with 
iphone-binkit
awhile back).  You may have better luck with the shell installed by the BSD 
Subsystem
with installer.app or a different shell.  For example, does this also happen 
when you
ssh into your phone?

I am closing this bug, but feel free to open it if you still think it is a
MobileTerminal problem.
