Web Template -- Sent in Zip #2

I've created a zip with template pages (both default, and once I've specifically made). The ones I've made have the prefix: restaurant- and have includes that I've pieced out into an '/includes' directory.

When setting up the template, we should have conditionals depending on the content shown. There are CSS and JS files at the top/bottom of each template page that are either required or not, and it would be nice that these could be brought in only on pages that required it to make it super fast :)

restaurant-surveys.php is a very simple default template page for reference (IE, nothing has been built on the page yet).

Hi Benjamin, I configured the server and created the Site, and It's working corretly when I run the server manually. I'm having an issue with Nginx configuration. I will review it tomorrow. I will review it tomorrow. Thanks.
