Can you add a phone input on the page to be saved by the customer against the customer record?

I added: on line 93, a phone input. Just needs a field in the db and the ability to be saved.

This specific has been implemented on dev branch and is deployed to dev.

The others tickets are deployed to production.

Can you make sure the DB field has been updated on prod and push over to prod?
