Increasing dependency versions and Elixir versions #30

Hi!!

This project seems not maintained, but I'm currently gaining more traction with Elixir and would like to contribute to this project if you people have some ideas for it.

In this pull request I updated the versions of all libraries and the version for Elixir, I ran the tests and it passed with no issues.
