GCS on RHEL6 derivatives pulls EOL Apache 2.2 as dependency during install #12

First noticed issue when troubleshooting ticket 308458.

Apache 2.4 is available via httpd24-httpd package provided by the RHEL6/CentOS6/Scientific6 SCL repos. However, this package doesn't seem to meet the httpd dependency that GCS has, and Apache 2.2 httpd package still gets pulled during a GCS install.
