alarm mode in case of absence

• [x] build a alarm mode when obening a backdoor in case of absence
• [x] aktivate smoke detector
• [x] vocal announcment via google "Einbruch - verlassen Sie sofort das Haus!"
• [x] repeat vocal annoucment every 4sec
• [x] alternate all floor lights every 2sec
• [x] current issue --> alarm turns off when window sends false!!!
• [x] close blinds in ground floor when detecting movment in the garden
• [x] include voice control to enable and disable alarm mode
• [x] create plot to dashboard to check motion detection fails
• [ ] auto disable alarm after 15min
