Dear author From your code I drew the structure of that centromeres, as follow I found that the blank area (59.5-60Mb) is mainly about other types of repetition,as follow: this region is repaetmasker result ,as follow

While all my main types mark the corresponding colors, I am wondering why and how to solve this blank area problem?
