256kbps AAC downloads are not available #18

If I try to download a͟n͟y song with itag 141, the following error is returned:

ERROR: [youtube] xxxxxxxxxxx: Requested format is not available. Use --list-formats for a list of available formats

EDIT: I just realized that you need a premium account for 256kbps downloads. I'm sorry for not realizing this earlier.
