[Feature Request] Retry errored songs #12

It would be nice to not have the program always parse through songs that have already downloaded. The program will frequently time out/token expire and i basically cannot complete some playlists becasue theyre too big. It would be nice to have an option to retry errored songs.

This is already in Gamdl. However, it just isn't in Votify for some reason
