Category ads view #10

A view for all of the ads in a single category is needed.

This was my comment for the templates you sent:

In the public side it is categories->offers->ad (the brand is in small above the offer text)

Basically we have a listing page with text ads, and then by clicking one you go to the single ad view. Take the layout from the admin/rewards listing (and remember that we agreed to strip the logos from these views).

We might want to do a "pinterest" style offering view in the future, but for now it's more text based.
