Analysis frontend: Removing values from workflow gives server error, no DB showing

• Save an analysis (no need to queue) with a value somewhere (e.g. --mods)
• Edit it, remove value -> server error

2.

• Reload an analysis -> multifile (e.g. fasta) is in DB but will not show in frontend.
• base analysis is not in reload

3.

• base analysis loaded, filesaresets is not ticked
• base analysis loaded, dynamicselect not populated

Nr 1 could not be replicated, maybe that is already fixed? If not we'll see a new issue.
