Auto restart nextflow run when it crashes sometimes on irrelevant error #46

Try to rerun nextflow if the error comes really early and it is something like 'Cannot find params object', which I am not sure why we sometimes get, but it relieves users from pressing retry and not knowing why they have to do so.

See if modern DSL2 workflows dont get this error.
