Update file location sometimes seems to misbehave?

• Post mzML creation move single file job calls kantele to update file location in DB. It seems to not update servershare somehow (but updates the path)
• Move dset storage loc sometimes does not work for all files, and some files are left in old path

I am not sure but it seems to not be caused by e.g. timing cross overs with other jobs. At least I couldnt see that when checking.
