QC file categorization should be done by user, not string pattern match on filename

Create e.g. a QC outbox or other file upload possiblity to automatically qualify these files for a QC run. Otherwise from time to time users will either do it wrong, or will unsuspectingly add non-QC files to the QC because of the filename containing QC and HeLa.
