If refine mzML crashes, there will a problem where refined mzml db entries are not checked and the set of them is marked as "Incomplete" in the interface, which (currently) blocks the analysis. Resolve by:
create option in interface to delete refine (from dataset details)
do not display as incomplete when no files are stored? (maybe this is already the case?)
do not block analysis (part of remodeling analysis already I guess)
