Some CPTAC datasets have changed their project from PX__datasets. I'm not too fussy about it, users have good ideas about how to store sometimes, but we need some way to easily mark these datasets as imported externally. This way we can delete them more easily, or even automatically. Users tend to forget about this kind of stuff and the datasets will be left behind :(
Having them all in a specific folder is suboptimal for this anyway but it'd be good if we have some other kind of marker/system. Also they should not be backed up as they are available online already and quite large.
