This will do some more work to accomomdate other pipelines than our own. It generalizes a lot of the analysis runs showing and storing, using "components" that can be specific for analyses (and need their own code). It also changes the way we store samples, and now we have a sample sheet that can be used for most things (file or multiplex based), combined with sample types per sample and organisms as well. Removed MS specific stuff from the sample sheet.
Have to make sure the analyses run after this, especially LC needs verifying.

[x] Rerun analysis migration 41 by hand for all the storage_dir='' and wf != QC, SPEC (not saved earlier, #26 updated in this PR)
[x] Delete checkbox parameter sample type
[x] Deploy migrations that delete stuff
[x] Remove orphan project samples (due to their removal from labelchecks)
