Purge files job needs a way to delete folders, not only files #64

For deletion of specifically bruker's .d folder type. This issue should have very high prio as we cannot delete those files at the moment and have some jobs that are stuck.

Code exists now (tests needed though), but the big PR for running pgt etc needs to get merged first.
