DB change: workflow version needs to connect to workflow, not nf-workflow #68

This would make it easier to run multiple workflows with different param sets, and it also makes sense in how the DB things actually relate to eachother: an nf-workflow is just a repo basically.

This bug was encountered now in LC running (1 wf with two different parameter sets). Would need to have higher priority, please fix it.
