Bug in dataset/update_files, cant save - 500 error #72

When trying to add a registered, non-transferred file to a dataset, it seems like update_files operation crashes with AttributeError "SAMPLEPREP".

Likely an issue where this is not changed to SAMPLES, i.e. leftover bug from previous big PR #61
