Make possible to use workflows with non-mzml files (e.g. pgt) #76

This PR will fix:

[x] run workflows with other input than mzML
[x] selectable input in case there is mzML
[X] no more predefined files, let nextflow config do the lifting
[x] stop analysis on errors at loading datasets

Addresses points mentioned in #47 Fixes #80

Create new PR for:

move refining to analysis, needs its own DB (mouse)
