Enable picking a database when correcting precursor errors in mzML. Previously this was a locked setting which defaulted to a human database on our system. Also the workflow now becomes choosable (which previously was also a config setting even though there's a select box for it!). This also displays the refine jobs and fixes logging of QC jobs in the analysis tab, which had errored earlier.
