建议支持PlaceholderAPI的变量 #6

国外的很多开发者写的变量依赖多为PlaceholderAPI的，希望能在CustomForm中和Tips一样也能使用PlaceholderAPI的变量。

目前已经初步支持变量在表单中显示，晚点会进行测试，望知悉！
