migrating from msbuild-integrated package restore to automatic package restore #1

Required to build the solution in VS2015, confirmed compatibility with VS2013 too.

I am getting VS2015 shortly and will bring those changes in. :)

Closed this pull request. This would break it for VS 2013 users. Instead will add a note to ReadMe file with instructions for building with VS 2015
