Some station source reference links are broken #157

They seem to point to an old old DNS that redirects to a broken link. For example, the Mentor, Ohio station redirects here:

http://glbuoys.glos.us/station_page.php/?station=lementor

@christensenmichael0 can you take a look? This is for any station pointing to the http://greatlakesbuoys.org/station_page.php DNS.

@tslawecki can you add @christensenmichael0 as a collaborator for this repo so I can assign him issues?
