Station icon not showing up in HABs #160

The water treatment plant we recently worked with to get their station added for 2018 is reporting strange behavior in habs.glos.us.

I just used Chrome to try to see the issue that the station isn’t showing up at all. See screenshot.. only the POI icon is showing up for Elyria (which is a few miles away from Lorain).

However, if I use my old IE browser both stations show up and I can click on each station and the recent data pop-up window appears.

Greg C was testing this with me this week and he could load it OK in chrome, but when he was in IE he could see both POI icons, but couldn’t click on the one for Lorain.

Any thoughts on this erratic behavior for this recently added station?

Clearing the cache worked for me. I can now view Lorain’s data in IE.

Lorain confirmed that clearing the cache worked for them. Might be an issue for others.

Closing for now. Will re-open if issue re-occurs or if clearing the user cache doesn't work.
